Hi friends! Whipped strawberry milk using instant Nesquik strawberry mix is so TikTok viral these days! Frankly it’s so easy to make a dalgona or whipped anything drink. You’ll be a master at making fluffy delicious whipped drinks and frappes in no time! I’m going to teach you a super easy recipe. If you have some ube extract or ube powder handy, you can quickly make a scrumptious whipped ube milk (dalgona ube) or ube latte! You can even make it vegan by swapping out cow’s milk and heavy whipping cream with any plant-based milk of your choice and by whipping full-fat coconut cream/milk!

PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 5 minutes TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes

👉Ingredients:

-1/2 cup heavy cream (you can use full-fat coconut milk instead)

-3 tbsp confectioner (powdered) sugar

-2-3 drops of ube extract (for pandan flavored, used pandan extract instead. Use more drops for darker color/more flavor) Alternatively, use 1 tbsp ube powder.

-A glass of your milk of choice (I chose coconut) plus ice is optional

-(Homemade boba, if you have any to spare, is optional.)

👉Instructions:

1. Add the cream and sugar to a mixer bowl, and beat at medium speed. When the cream thickens, add the ube extract and continue to beat until you achieve stiff peaks.

2. Pour your milk of choice into a glass. Optionally add ice and home-made boba <3

3. Scoop the ube whipped cream on top of the milk. Be generous with your scoops. (Gain that #quarantine15) Stir the cream and enjoy your drink!

If you like sweeter drinks, feel free to add honey or a flavored syrup to your drink. Since COVID-19, I've probably become pre-diabetic, so I prefer lighter, less sweeter drinks.

Tips:

Using this similar method, you can also make whipped matcha milk, whipped chocolate milk, or whipped earl gray tea milk!
